Awning Help

I was told that my battery might be low and it is stopping my awning from working. It stops when retracting and if I wait awhile it comes in slowing. It takes maybe 5 min to get it in. I am attaching a couple of photos. Can anyone tell me the wires I need to attach a hot 12 battery to. The awning is a Dometic 9100 Easy Step with a control switch in front of the passenger seat and one under the front compartment on the passengers side. I have posted about the awning previously but this is new info. Thanks

I had a similar problem with mine a few months ago. It acted as though the motor may have been overheating and would stop. Wait a few minutes and it would continue to retract until fully retracted. It deployed just fine. Took it in for other service and had the tech look at it. Added two or so turns on the internal spring and works like new now. Had nothing to do with power, just needed to have the spring tension increased a bit.
