Bad smell in monaco

Can anyone help me with a question about getting a smell out of our couch. It smells like urine, but it isn't. We found a mouse nest and removed it and thought that it would take care of the smell. Well, it didn't. I would greatly appreciate your help in this matter. It stinks!

sounds like the little mice left you a present. Call stanly steamer and have them clean the couch. while they are there they will do the carpets and other items for around 50.00. good deal and no more smell. hopes this works out for you guys.

If you found one nest I'd expect to find more. Those buggers will nest in least expected spots. Good luck

Pull out every drawer and look behind them even if you don't think they can get behind them they can.

Mouse whizz stinks to high heaven. You will have to have everything cleaned that you think might have been touched by a mouse. Even then, you might not get rid of the smell.

Work hard to keep the buggers out. I had problems with rats entering my motorhome through the sewer bay. Make sure to block the openings around your sewer hose and electrical line when camped. When in storage set traps in and around your RV to keep them in check. They do make a mess and can eat electrical insulation causing major issues.

Be sure the mice are gone. you can clean furniture and carpets with commerical solutions available. to aid in getting rid of unwanted oders add a bottle of hydron Peroxideto the solution (the kind you wash wounds or garglwe with, NOT the hair dye stuff). we place small soap boxes under all furniture, in backl of all drawers and in cabinets filled with Irish spring (orginal) soap. For what ever reason they don't like it. If the oder is REALLY bad. you can take small bowls and fill with Clorex belach and place then around coach for a few days or until it is all evaporated. It will destroy orders well. jkust handle carefully and don't spill on furniture as it will bleach and ruin most fabrics.

If you like the smell of coffee you can always place a few open bowls of coffee under/around the couch -- my experience would say that given enough time new coffee will absorb any smell.
