Baddest motorhome ever!!!IMO

this is my sons RV.. 94 Fleetwood on the p30 gm chassis

454 overdrive.19.5 wheels.. 30'r with walk around rear bedroom, double door fridge, jack knife sofa with drop down dinette...

thing runs down the smooth and quiet like a mouse in slippers,,.

he bought my triple axel trailer so I hooked it up for him and took it for a spin..

climbed the 6% grade (quietly) with ease at 50 mph, could have went a little faster but I held it in 2nd and backed off the throttle...
my 300hp dp only goes 42 pulling the same trailer...

he has the air bag front w/ on board compressor and sumo's on the rear

smooth as can be ... no sway... and runs super quiet...

I had a few of these back in the day.. remember running down to trade when the ford super duty v 10 came out.. I think it was 2000 or so...
I almost cry'd...

Really?

I had no idea. Maybe I need to buy an Unmounted one and carry it. I did not realize it was an oddball size.

I just looked at tire easy.com and it seems like they carry a bunch of different mfg tires in the 255 70 22.7 size. They have a Sumitomo for $275 plus shipping. That might make a good basement spare

good idea,...I was talking to a guy that got hit for $1100 plus down 3 days waiting for a tire...

I'd go with the matching good year as a spare... I went with 275.70.22.5s
I think it rides better... but a lot of money for the little gain...probley wouldn't do it again
