Banks Power System with Headers on 2008 F53 V10

I'm considering a Banks power system on my 2008 F53 Georgetown V10. Is there an advantage of including the headers with the power system? And, how much noise does this system create?

I have used Banks Power Pac on GM 454 and a Ford V10. The 454 improvement was good but not as good as on the V10. Zero to Sixty improved by 8 seconds gas mileage at 70MPH went from 8.5 to 9.9. I also added a transmission shift module which changed the shift RPM The sound level in the cab was less, reason I think was the increased intake size and the heavy Air Cleaner on the carburated GM. The V10 was in a Class C 32 foot Gulf Stream Conquest weighing 19,500. I had no problem passing a 18 wheeler at 65 MPH and I was pulling a 24 foot cargo trailer. If we had not changed to our DP I would still use a Banks. I have no affiliation with the company. Cost recovery would be in question but for me the improved performance was worth the price.

I should have commented the Power Pac includes the headers, and I guess the noise level at the end of the exhaust pipe was loud but it had a good rumble to it, inside I think it was a sound level improvement. At least mamma did not have to yell as loud at me.
