The same thing happened to our Tiffin Phaeton 40AH with a mid-bath. Took it to Red Bay and they found out the wall was never anchored to the floor. They jacked up the ceiling, moved the wall an inch or so to re-align with the door, anchored it to the floor, and so far so good.

I was wondering about flexing of the chassis. Is the tile cracked or do you see grout crumbling from between the tile?

It’s not the chassis flexing no issues with the tile, there’s just nothing attaching the bottom of the wall the the floor. Only thing holding it in place is the friction of the trim. The wall itself is 1/4 in above the floor.

Plumb the wall, shim it, screw it, put the trim back on, have a cold one! [emoji483]

A $400,000+ coach and they can't properly attach the walls to the floors? Talk about shoddy construction and design! As consumers, we simply should not accept this level of incompetence from the manufacturers.
Terrible!

I completely agree, it’s apparent they are sacrificing quality for build quantity. I’ve been told Winnebago is in the top three for quality, I can’t imagine what the other brands have going on!

X 2....I was in a friends coach recently, it is about 5 or 6 years old. My "New to me" 19 year old Newmar's interior is in better shape.
