Battery control center circuit board

I noticed a clicking sound coming from the power gear battery control center part number 700000. After a week of trouble shooting this problem I believe the issue is the circuit board. Now I'm looking for the circuit board on the internet, before I go to Camping world and ask them for one. Better yet if I could find the programmable logic pin, or the brains of the board. Does any body know where I can purchase one.
