Battery watering systems

Will the battery watering systems (I have Flo-Rite) work if the batteries are on different levels? My two 6 volt batteries off the inverter are both on the same plane but the other two 6 volt batteries are on different levels in the same bay area. Out motor home is a Excursion 33A Diesel Pusher.

Thanks for your help!

Flo-Rite Quik-Fill is limited to 3 batteries per system, but they recommend only 2 on each one. The system won't allow water to flow if a cell is full, so the different levels wouldn't be the problem, the number of batteries would be.

First question on FAQ page

Qwik-Fill is for 12V batteries. Pro-Fill is for 6V batteries. According to the FAQ's "A maximum of 6 batteries can be plumbed together with the Pro-Fill RV Edition system, although many users prefer (for ease of filling) to limit the number of batteries plumbed together at 4."
