Be very careful!

Saw a guy yesterday pulling in to a park on the coast in an older 40’ Dolphin. First hit a big 42’ 5th wheel and then as he was swinging out to pull
In to a pull through site he ripped the mirror off a new Ram pickup!! All within 10 minutes.

Never seen it before...sure caused a buzz in the park!

When i pull into a park, I set the beer in the cup holder. Too hard to maneuver with one hand on the wheel.

I saw a 5th wheel pull into the SLC KOA. As he entered his pull through site, his tail swung into the side mirror of a class A and tore it off. Argh.

For some good entertainment. Grab a cold beer and a chair by the boat launch.

Lake Havasu City, AZ passed a City Ordinance making this a ticketable offense. Too many fights were happening and the onlookers were making the newbies too nervous which exacerbated the problem.

Good times while it lasted though.

Wife: "You know, I think it would be impossible to get in three accidents in less than 10 minutes."

Husband: "Hold my beer...."

I guess he could...

Site 6 on a Holiday weekend. Another place People used to sit at launch ramp with score sheet was at McIntire (sp) Park in Blythe

Launch ramp at Orwood Resort on the Delta in N. California actually had bleachers set up[emoji15]. Soon they won’t have enough navigable water to make it worth launching there. Thanks S.C.

One of our favorite picnic areas on a sunny day is a Beaver Lake boat ramp. We grab a Sub Way then head for the lake, get a good parking spot to watch the activity.

Be very careful!

Had a guy pull into the spot next to us last week at the Las Vegas RV Resort. He was in a ‘06ish Fleetwood Excursion. It was dented and scratched and duct taped from end to end on both sides. He told me he bought it new and has an incredible time with it. A few dings here and there just gave it character he said.

The next day he pulls out and rolls over a boulder about 16” in diameter with his right rear duals. On decent the boulder bounced up and smashed his basement door/panel right behind the dual. He keeps going. Next his enclosed trailer rolls over the boulder and it gets hung up on the axle. He drags the boulder about 100’ until he gets to the speed bump where the boulder stopped and the trailer axles lurched and bounced dramatically over the boulder.

By this time there were about 8 of us standing up watching in complete amazement. The guy never even slowed down. Off he went like it was just another perfectly normal day.

We all laughed for 10 minutes while we helped the grounds keeper shuffle the rock back to its normal resting place.
