Beaver Monterey 1997 electrical problems

I have a 1997 Beaver Monterey. It has for 12 volt chassis batteries and 2 12 volt coach batteries. Ivory Place my alternator three times in the past 5 years and it seems to happen after I have been hooked up to shore power. I have a heart interface Freedom 20D model and the input for the 30 amp keeps popping also. I guess my question is this is Maya charging system messed up or do I have multiple electrical problems. Every time I have the alternator replaced they say it's charging fine and it does on my trips but once like I said I hook up to shore power I seem to knock out the alternator. I found out that I had a bad yes I'm sorry coach battery and just bought a new one and I'm going to replace it. I also found a blown fuse going to my solenoid don't ask me which one because I do not have a schematic of this model. I just don't want to start digging into something if it's an easy fix and I am missing something I know enough just to get myself into trouble. Any help would be greatly greatly appreciate it. Thank you
