I have a 2005 sunvoyager and having problems with the bed slide out. It will seal at the bottom but the top has a 1 inch gap. I had to instll weather stripping on the top for a quick fix. Has anybody had this problem. Had it in for repairs twice and get the same response that they were unable to adjust it anymore.

A friend of mine had an issue similar to this on his 2003 Sun Voyager and he ulimatley had to go back to Gulf Stream for resolution. I would recommend contacting Customer Service at +1 (800) 482-6456 first. If this doesn't work, contact Tony Suddon, Director of Consumer affairs at same number with Ext. 3330. Be prepared for this to take some time before you get satisfaction, but in the end they should resolve your problem.

If you call the plant and find out who the maker of the slideout system is a dealer can calll them for adjustment instructions. I think it may be a Norco system. Does it have four cables; one on each corner? If so there is adjustment that can be made if instructed to properly. Cindy Hathaway is Director of Parts & Service 800.289.8787 Ext 3300. She can be of great help if your normal channel is ineffective. I just spent this week up there in training.
