Best Advertising Sites

I am considering selling our motor home and moving to a 5th wheel. What are suggestions for the best places to advertise?

I am always looking at RV Trader, RV online, and PPL motorhomes, and don't forget craigslist, and the best place here on IRV2!!

I just sold my Travel Supreme and advertised on all of the major sites. RVTrader was the only one next to bottom feeders on Craigslist that produced any activity. All of the other sites never produced a single inquiry. I sold it with with backup offers all from RVTrader.

Yes RV trader, I found mine there, I like the filter options on that site, easier to find the unit your looking for. If you Google any type of "RVs for sale" they are usually the first hit so your add will have the most coverage I think you will ever get. Craigslist is kind of a wast any more it's full of spam, scams and troll tire kickers. I have my race car up there now, 27 junk e-mails for Viraga and one guy that offered me 1/3 of my asking price

I sold a 5er on RVTrader.com and was very happy with the results I got. The site is very easy to navigate for someone looking to buy an RV. They have a run-it-till-it-sells price that is very reasonable!

Good luck, happy trails, and God bless!

I'm not an advocate of Craig's List, but probably more people than will admit, start their search there first in their own area before reaching out beyond where they live. I'm just saying don't count it out. We bought our MH from a private seller on CL and couldn't be happier with it.
