Bigfoot quad leveling problem

I recently bought a 95 Rexhall Aerbus that had a bigfoot leveling Jack system installed. When I brought it home all the leveling Jack's worked great. I'm in the middle of a 100% gut and remodel and tried to use the Jack's about a week ago. 3 of the 4 went down, one with some hesitation like the button wasnt working / making contact correctly. The fourth one would make noise when trying to retract, but it was the only one. Today i tried messing with it again, and none would respond to any buttons. I turned the control panel off and on a couple times with no change. The last time i tried turning off and on it wouldn't turn back on. I'm guessing my control panel is bad, but I dont want to replace it if it will still work. I only bought this thing a few weeks ago and they all worked great several times. It has not moved from where I parked it the day I bought it. The coach batteries are fully charged as I have had it plugged in to a shore line the whole time. I tried checking all fuses today and didn't find any blown anywhere, under the dash or under the hood or the power panel for the rest of the coach. Any ideas?
