Good question!

If I were in your shoes I'd try several different things on small areas until I found something that removes the streaks without removing the wax.

Things to try:

Awesome Orange.
WD-40.
Black Streak Remover.

I have great results using Crown RV and boat black streak and scum remover. This relatively small company makes their products in Kentucky.

I use Whistlers (brand)spray detailer Around 18.00 a qt sz btl sold at Napa, usually kept behind the counter, Why I don't know. Spray on wipe off no wax removal you might end up useing on the whole MH it works so well. (on my fiberglass MH)
