Black streaks from window rubber seals

What can you use on the black rubber window seals to stop the black streaks?

Normally just using soap and water and a scrub brush will remove/clean the rubber to prevent that. I do that and use Protectant 303 to keep rubber protected and drying out.

I didn't have a problem until I washed the camper this spring. Is there something you can use on rubber to seal it? It sat all winter and spring with no black streaks until the wash job.
