Is it "smart" to use bleach in the holding tanks? I hear about using vinegar, calgon, etc. Where can one find Happy Camper? Thanks!

Occasional use of bleach is fine. It won't damage tanks or fittings.

Bleach is also recommended to disinfect water tanks, so I think it's "smart". Just because you didn't hear about something doesn't necessarily make it "dumb".
