Blackout my wheels

I have those chromed out hubcaps on the fronts and on the rear dually tires. Any ideas on the best way to get them black chromed out or black painted to a high shine? I don't want to plasti-dip them or anything like that and as far as I know they don't sell replacements in black. Thanks

I just wrote a long post about painting or powder coating wheels but then realized you're talking about the wheel simulators.

I'd take them to be powder coated. For extra gloss you can have them powder cleared also.

I tossed the stainless wheel simulators that were on mine and painted the wheels a semi-gloss black.

And threw some A/T's on it!? That's awesome! Any wild guess how much that would run me for the 4 wheel simulators? I've never done any powder coating.

Ha, yes! The highway tires weren't up for my planned adventures.

I've had car subframes pc'd for a couple hundred. That's a complex piece so a wild guess for the simulators would be less than $300 for the set. Call around and find a good price.
