Blowing fuses!

1999 Georgie Boy Cruisemaster
Even when everything is off & unplugged- have a fuse that's blown -and as quickly as I replace fuse it - it blows again. Someone suggested a short circuit?

What does the fuse protect? If it's a motor, like a dash heater or water pump, it could be bad and drawing so much power it's blowing the fuse. If it's a light circuit, a short could be the issue. If multiple lights are on the circuit, you could try removing lights and disconnecting wires to find the one that's shorted out.
