When I got back they were finished so I never got a chance to see them wash it so not sure if they used brushes. I did see them using brushes on the 18 wheeler in front of me however. I looked at my bill and it was not $38 that I posted but $35. Now that I have been there once and get it I'll grease the lead before they are done on my next visit.
Not sure you have to grease the lead, I have used BB through out the mid west, and up and down the east coast, with good results, and if you have followed any of my posts you will find I am not shy about ranting on poor service. I would go back and point out the film.

I did not know about the film until the coach was dry and back at my storage. Its about a 50 mile round trip. The cost of fuel alone would not make it worth the return trip to have it redone. Besides it was getting close to traffic hour. I actually like to tip these kind of service providers. They are not paid that much to begin. But I agree with you, they seemed like a nice bunch and no doubt would have redone it. I'm going to mention it next time as I'm handing him some cash before they start. Cheap insurance for a job well done and stimulating the economy
