A fellow Rv'er suggested a weak solution of blue dawn and water in a spray container as a cleaner/polisher for our motorhome exterior....Any opinions on this out there....

Dish washing soap is never recommended for vehicle washing, as it removes wax.

I'm sure it will clean, but there are better choices out there in car wash soaps.

Dawn is a great detergent and cleans the vehicle nicely. However, it removes wax as well, so I wouldn't use it if I had recently waxed the coach.

An automotive type car wash is easier on wax finishes - I use Turtle Zip wax but most any brand will do.
