Bottom slide seal

Has anyone ever had the seal on the bottom of their slide room replaced or repaired successfully in the Southern California area? We have 2012 Winnebago Sightseer and have had a bad seal on the bottom of the passengers side slide room since we bought it. It has been in for repairs 6 times at the dealership and the problem persists. We're looking for a recommendation of a reputable repair place with experience in this problem.

The problem is that the seal does not seal the bottom of the room from allowing cold air and light in at one end of the slide room.

Thanks in advance for your help.

The best shop in the greater area is Redlands Truck and RV. They will fix it and do it right.
