The OP looks like one of those infra-red quartz heaters... EdenPure, Dr. Heater, TwinStar are common manufacturers. Pretty pricy typically $200-$300. Quartz does not produce the "far infra-red spectrum" (of very high end "cool" heaters) but gold reflected quartz helps focus emitted heat which is typical of this class heater (and produce near to medium infra-red).
I full time and heat my 45 footer in -20F outside temps using ONLY 2 of the old faithful NO MOVING PARTS (very important) radiator style oil filled electrics that cost only $40 or so to buy. I run all electric heat during my long term winter stays to avoid having to move or arrange diesel fuel delivery as the on-board furnace is diesel powered.

Perry, this is for supplemental heating, as some have mentioned, my concern would be if in freezing temps how would you keep tank area's and pipes from freezing.
I would guess if in the southern areas these heaters would work OK because low temps would not be that long to give pipes a problem.
Some come even with a fireplace display.
The internals of units.

It is a infrared heater just north of 300 bucks. We like it because it is very quiet. Can hardly hear it, nice when watching tv. We are in Pharr TX and it works good down to 45 or so. We leave in the front of 35 ft MH and the front will be just as set the bed a little cooler.

1200-1500 watts on high, like all electric room heaters.

When I have sufficient power...I really like the fireplace display units. I wrote an article about it. You can read it here:

Works quite well....

Any way you slice it, 1 watt of electricity produces 3.4 BTU's of heat. So a 1500 watt heater will produce 5122 BTU's of heat. You will get the same amount of heat from from one of those EdenPure electric heaters as you will a $30 1500 watt ceramic heater from the discount store.
The difference may be in how quiet the heat is delivered. As some suggested above, the oil radiator-type heaters are quiet and deliver even heat, but the same amount of heat as the ceramic heater or the EdenPure heater.

This one came from Missouri it has a owner replaced tube. I had an Eden pure and it quit, I had to send in for repairs. They returned my money and I bought one of these for home later found a smaller unit for MH. It is a 1500 unit, I think Eden pure makes a smaller unit, ours worked well until it burnt out. We use electric heaters in our park model in IA, when below freezing we set it so furnace comes on every 30 minutes or so. Never had any problems down to 20 deg or so. Below that I go home!
