Bounder leak
I have a 2016 Bounder 35 K. Living full time due to Hurricane Harvey. The bedroom slide has a support around the top leaving the top lower than support around it. It creates a lake and when it gets full and moves to the rubber wiper against the coach it leaks in. Also leaks in when the slide is put in if there is water in the lake on a top of the slide. Need some help please!

Sounds like you need to have slide maintenance done.

Assuming the slide-box roof is not damaged, causing this indentation...
A slide topper is the typical measure to reduce water and other stuff from sitting on the top of the slide box.
In the short term, can you level the RV with a tiny bit of incline to cause any water to run off the slide away from the seal?
Long term fix would be slide box adjustment to cause run-off.
Best luck

As Steve stated, assuming you don't need a slide adjustment, level your coach slightly rear low. We do this all the time to keep rain & AC gutter run off headed toward the back of the coach. It should help with run off on your slides too.
I'm surprised you don't have slide toppers on a 2016?

I would think with a slide built like that a topper would be necessary. Have you put any pressure on the Mfg?
Under those conditions I think I would put the slide on and send the bill to Bounder rather than let any unwanted water in my coach. They should help I would think.
Or am I being silly?
Good Luck Q

Making repairs, then billing the mfr won't return results the OP needs & will more than likely leave them stuck with that bill. If the coach is still under warranty it should be handled at little or no cost. Photos & documentation provided to Fleetwood is what's necessary.
There is a service center in Alvarado, not all that far from the OP, for factory service.

The last rv we had was a fifth wheel by Open Range. The decals failed and when we sold the fiver we paid someone to replace the decals to the tune of about $1600. I called Open Range and asked them to reimburse me for the expense and they did! The camper was even out of warranty but I did have the decals on a list for repairs the factory was supposed to perform at an appoint I had made with them. Fact is, they did not have to honor the repair.
My point to this OP was that I would not let water enter my rig to do more damage while I was negotiating with the Mfg.
Respectfully submitted Q
