Question Brakes and steering

Hello all,and a happy new year,Just had new front disc rotors fitted and new brake pads,it was working okay till Saturday,When the brake pedal wasnt going down and i was struggling to stop,Also when i put the parking brake on it wouldnt release.I was on a gradient and managed to release it.The steering is very heavy,its like driving an old Scammell,My rv is a[94] Sun Voyager,Gulf Stream.,All the best The Cat

If your brakes are hydro boost and not vacuum, I'd bet your power steering pump is the problem. It may be just a belt, low on fluid or a bad pump.
