I recently purchased a new Monaco RV. On iRV2 I had read some discussions on handling and shock upgrades to RVs. Not familiar enough with RVs in general, I stopped at Brazels RV Performance on our first long trip to the SW to have them evaluate the handling of my particular rig.
I found them very helpful and felt they were very honest. They test drove my RV and then suggested and ranked various potential upgrades. I had the most highly recommended upgrades made; Koni shocks, a steering safety device added, and an exhaust modification made to lessen potential damage to some gaskets.
In addition they found a leak in the power steering which they fixed as a warranty item, realigned my RV as a warranty item, and found and fixed an allusive and ongoing ABS system problem that other Workhorse repair facilities were unable to resolve, (with the help of an very conscientious Workhorse rep that happened to be at Brazels those few days).
They also sent with me (at no charge unless I used them) a set of replacement spark plug wires in case mine failed (a potential but not sure issue), with the idea that I 'may' upgrade those wires on our return trip home in a few months, but certainly did not ask me to commit to it.
The work took a bit longer than anticipated but with the RV park attached it was no problem. They also let me into the garage and into the pits so I could look under the RV without laying on my back in a driveway. I learned a lot from that.
They also let us sneak into a lunch they gave for a group of Monaco Trek owners.
I was, and still am, very pleased with the service they gave me.

Wish Brazels would open a shop in our area.
