I am new here an have a 1988 32ft fleetwood bonder motorhome,, I was wondering if there mite be a owners manual on this site any where,, An if I could get a wireing digram for the breaker box,, Everything seems to be working good inside an out of my motorhome but couple things about the breaker box I need to find out about, I am deaf an can't hear stuff my wife it telling me that she hears but I can feel the sounds if ya know what I mean,, There is a humming sound comeing from the breaker box that I an feel,, It driveing my wife a lil crazy but wanting to try an find out why it makeing the sound an hope to get it to stop,, I do have a few things I need to ask about this motorhome but trying to go one step at a time,,

Probably not your breaker box but the converter charger. Time to update. Try "bestconverter.com" for a replacement

hhhhmmmm ok,, It only makes the sound when the elc. is pluged in that I know of,, There is a lil red light on the outside of the breaker box an says chargeing but the red light is not lit up,, There is 2 black round things I have no idea what they are an they are behind the front pannel of the breaker box,, They are about 2 inches long and about 1 1/4 inch round an has wires comeing out of em an hook up but I real worryed about one thats on the right side cause you can see black burnt spot on the breaker box where the black thing is mounted,, But like I said before that everything is working fine,, Wonder what will happen if you have the elc. plugged up then start the gen. up ?? My wife did this an I shut it off,lol

In that vintage of RV the odds are you have one of the old Magnetek 6300 boxes (or similar) that combines 120vac and 12vdc components in one package. Stuff gets old and insulation breaks down, and the 12v converter/charger portion of that box is antique technology. A replacement would be a GOOD THING. If its the 6300, you can buy an upgrade to the 7300 technology, which is substantially better and an easy replacement. With a bit more effort and wiring skill, you can tie in a PD9200 converter/charger and leave the old 120v section (it is probably fine). See bestconverter.com for replacement choices and info.

Does your breaker box also contain 12 volt fuses or breakers? IF so then the converter is most likely mounted behind the thing (part of the same assembly)

Since converters are notrorious for not knowing the lyrics they tend to "Humm" and the only tune they know is "Johnny one note" and that note is either 60 or 120 hz.

Ok, so the last paragraph is a joke. It is also true.

Any chance you can put up a picture of the suspect components?
that would make it easier to figure out.

Wiring diagrams are VIN specific in many cases.. And in many cases may have changed since date of manufacturer if any electrical work has been done on the RV.

Recommendation.. Plug a light into each and every outlet, Turn on TV's radio etc.

Now one at a time.. Turn off a breaker (Other than main) and note what does not work (Air conditioners on FAN mode) .. Use a Brother P-Touch (or equivalent) to make a label and label it.. Now move to the next breaker, and so on.
