Broken Rivet nut on Frame

Has any body experienced a broken Rivet nuts on the vertical frame member on both sides of the genset. I'm waiting on Sparten chassis to find out what has caused this problem and if there is a fix. There is two rivet nuts on each frame and the driver side has completely pulled thru. Sparten Chassis of Escondido has contacted Sparten Corp to investigate this issue.

i guess is due to fatigue, especially if its made of aluminum. mine is a different rig... there is an along, about 6" wide molding from front to rear on each side, all compartment doors are hamging on it. last month it was about falling out when i opened 3 doors at same time, then i found out all around rivets were broken or missing. i re-riveted it entirely. now it stays where it should be at and solid.

Mine did that and I installed self locking nuts and stainless bolts. Had to drill it out a little but piece of cake.
