Broken Shore power plug male
I noticed that I have a crack in my shore power plug and it will need to be replaced in the near future.
Questions: Do they make replacement male weather tight 50 amp plugs?
Or do I have to replace the whole power cord with new weather tight plug head?
If they make the plugs or I have to get the cord replaced who supplies those items.

X2 on the power grip, easy to install, just follow instructions. Much easier to plug in and remove, especially if your hands don't work real good like mine

I have the Power Grip on mine because a post got loose in the original. Works well. Pay attention to the length to cut each wire and length to cut the shield. Just follow the directions on the package.

Before you purchase your new plug look around for an electrical supply store or even a Lowes or Home Depot. Several years ago I was replacing mine and went to my local RV dealer and bought one for around $15. Thought that was pretty high so I checked with the local Home Depot and found the same plug, same manufacturer for less than $4. I like to support local merchants but that was a bit much and they got it back the next day.

Hi pumper9x9,
I also have the yellow Camco male plug, with the handle. I recommend it highly. The handle makes all the difference when connecting or disconnecting.

x3 on the power grip, IN fact I cut my oem plug off just so I could put one on!
They come in two sizes 30 amp and 50 amp.

My plug is okay, but the insulation on the wire pulled out of the plug. Right now I have the cable wrapped up with electrical tape to keep it from flexing too much. I want to replace the plug and the Camco 55255 looks like a good choice. Do the RV 50 amp service plugs all have the same blade configuration? (three vertical blades and one u-shaped one above) In other words there's a standard.

Yes they are the same. Actually the plug is just a standard 50 amp 4 conductor plug that is used in home wiring for an electric range.

And for just a little added protection against moisture, just before assembling and screwing them together, place a bead of silicone caulking around the edges and then put it together. It will still be easy to pull apart if needed.

They are working on a 50A for RV's, should be out the end of April..... Expensive but may be better than the twist type

One word of CAUTION when replacing the plug with the Power Grip...
MAKE SURE THE DARN THING WILL FIT BACK THROUGH THE HOLE 
It's larger than the original plug

Good point. I had to make my hole larger for a regular ( no grip ) replacement plug.
