We would need to know the brand of motor home including chassis manufacturer and type in order to be able to help you. If you put that information in your signature line then you will not need to type it every time.
Oh, and welcome to the forum!

Most common cause of porpoising:
Symptom: Porpoising over bumps or uneven roads. Porpoising, aka bouncing, dipping, diving. Vehicle keeps going up and down after you go over a bump. - Worn shocks or struts, or
- Broken or slipped leaf spring - inspect leaf springs and repair or replace as needed.
Of course difference chassis/suspension may have various causes, air suspension, ride height etc...

Just my opinion here, but for starters i would have to say shocks. Crawl under and with a good flashilght check to see if any of them are leaking, just look for any type of wetness and it will be oily to the touch. Of course check to see if you have any broken springs. If they are all dry, next on my list to consider would be tire pressure and how the load is set up in the rig, maybe to much weight towards the back of the RV along with a full tank of fuel just might cause it to bounce.

If it does turn out to be shocks don't scrimp buy good ones. Most people use Koni or Bilstein shocks, I like the Bilstein shocks but I hope that doesn't open up a big debate on which is better. Good luck and safe travels. Jim

Welcome to irv2.
Workhorse had problems with porpoising in the front end when traveling over dips in road.
You need to change the shocks and I would do all four.
I have Bilstein's also would probably change to Koni's now to do over.
My tire pressures are 95 front and 85 rears Michelin's. You maybe a little hard riding on your fronts.
