Bumps Under Roof Surface

Looking for ideas from fellow Rvers....
Our 2007 Damon Outlaw has developed maybe 20 pea-sized bumps underneath the roof membrane in a 1 foot by 3 foot area adjacent to the tv antenna. This has happened over the last 3 months. My first guess was moisture, but when I pierced one, nothing came out. They feel pretty solid. Don't know if it's a big deal, as long as they don't get any worse. Any ideas? Anyone seen anything like this before? Thank you for any and all responses.

Not sure what it could be, but I would put a layer of Eternabond tape over them to protect the membrane when you are up there walking on it.
Happy Glamping.
