Bunk beds into office

Has anyone tried converting a bunk bed space into an desk space? I'm looking at a bounder that has the two bunks and am thinking about taking them out and put in a desk. I work from the road and a place to set an office would best important.

I found this video on converting a bunkbed to an office. I think its a great idea and have swtiched my favorite floor plan from something that looks like a 36LA to a 35QBA. I am not hooked in the tiffin and fleetwood had a bath and 1/2 version but you get the idea.

I think I would be more inclined to put the desk across the space for more room and maybe some cupboards on top and a file up one side. YMMV. ;-)
