Energy Suspension makes some. I could not find the exact bushing I needed and modified a set of polyurethane bushings. The hole in the sway bar and frame are smaller than what I could find searching online. I am considering drilling out the holes and buying a full set of bushings and end links for my 2003 Freightliner XC chassis.

I agree with jumbojet2, you may need to modify a set of bushings to fit.

What is the size of the bolt on your sway bar.

This set may work, but you may need to enlarge the center hole.

First thing I had to fix after buying our 2004 Journey on the Freightliner chassis. The Freightliner part number is HLP/PB336. I got a set of 8 pieces to change all of them from our local Freightliner truck dealer for $13.44 back in April of 2013.

These bushings are a common part for sway bars. The only diferance is the length of the rod and it doesn't look like you need that. Try Moog#K6630 or K5255 or K5255 or K8989 or K700528. You should be able to use any of these bushings.

$21 in parts for the HLP-PB336 bushings from the local Freightliner shop and I am ready to go.

The Energy Suspension bushings that I tried to use did not allow the nipples to meet inside the holes. The metal end links were rubbing against the metal in the frame and the roll bar. The only way to correct the issue with the Energy Suspension bushings would be to increase the hole size.
