They "said" they would fix any issues we had, but their "techs" have done a thorough check out and everything did check out OK, but I think thats a standard line from any dealer.
This proved to be a mixed bag of experiences, as we all can see. The above contribution is the most favorable of all.

CW overall didn't fare too well, but did have its supporters.

In the interest of full disclosure, right out of the starting gate dealing with the Mesa store, they amended the initial difference between our two rigs that they'd cited over the phone. It might've been an innocent error on their part, as they'd claimed, but reviewing our notes and correspondence leaves ample room for doubt.

Their BBB score of A+ helped; but, of the four complaints on file three were not answered to the customers' satisfaction.

A consistent theme of CW nationwide ignoring customers after the ink is dry - it reeks of the Good Scam ESP misadventure we had - coupled with a bankruptsy crisis at my airline employer has made me abandon the purchase, for now.

I'm overwhelmed by how helpful everyone has been. Big kudos to you all!

DW and I will wait and see if I still have a job in December; then, we'll scour the market for a nice '08-'10 42KFQ floorplan, see about selling or trading our beloved and reliable Excursion.

I try not to do anything but buy items on deep discount from CW (where I know it's a good price). Would never, ever, buy an RV from them.

I had the same thing happen at the Chattanooga store. They also told me they had resealed the roof. They did not. So I doubt they did any kind of service at all.

I would not say that I would not buy from them again if they had the unit I wanted, they are probably as honest/dishonest as a lot of other places. But I would definately be more cautious dealing with them and what I don't see them do I would not expect to be done.

I've found the model I want, and they tentatively agreed to a mid-retail to mid-retail trade for my DP. It appears to be in superb condition, with enough mileage to avert infant mortality woes.

If there is a problem, have owners found satisfactory warranty service at Camping Worlds other than the one who sold the rig?
I had a very bad experience with camping world the price was right the service was bad I am sure all camping world, are not the same I would not recommend the one in N H
