This proved to be a mixed bag of experiences, as we all can see. The above contribution is the most favorable of all.
CW overall didn't fare too well, but did have its supporters.
In the interest of full disclosure, right out of the starting gate dealing with the Mesa store, they amended the initial difference between our two rigs that they'd cited over the phone. It might've been an innocent error on their part, as they'd claimed, but reviewing our notes and correspondence leaves ample room for doubt.
Their BBB score of A+ helped; but, of the four complaints on file three were not answered to the customers' satisfaction.
A consistent theme of CW nationwide ignoring customers after the ink is dry - it reeks of the Good Scam ESP
misadventure we had - coupled with a bankruptsy crisis at my airline employer has made me abandon the purchase, for now.
I'm overwhelmed by how helpful everyone has been. Big
kudos to you all!
