Daytime picture is great...it's just a little lighter/darker when changed.

That's the way mine is, but I get a picture at night. I'll go take a picture of my LEDs when lit. BRB.

Ok, so they're not white. Different camera.
You can see that it is screwed and silicone sealed on.
There's two more screws on top.

Mine is only silicone that I can see. If there are screws, they are well hidden. How do I post a picture?

It's complicated, but this is one way.

iRV2 Forums - FAQ

Another way is to put them on Photobucket.com or Imageshack.com, then copy and past the link into that yellow icon with a mountain on it.

That's it. I think you can just pick one picture instead of your album.

You have IR.

If you know the manufacturer and model/SN, you could try calling them and tell them what it's doing.
