Camera Monitor only works in "parked" mode?

Ok folks... I have a new 2013 Fleetwood Discovery 40G.. It has a Sony radio with TomTom GPS interface (one screen) and a separate monitor for the camera system.

There's a switch that toggles between "travel" mode and "parked" mode. I believe that to restrict the Sony radio so that it can't play DVD's while traveling (good idea!) and to re-direct the power between chassis battery when driving, vs house battery when parked.

Everything worked on my trip home from the dealership, and while I had it parked in the driveway playing with the radio, it worked in "parked" mode.

But when I drove it over to my storage area, I couldn't get the monitor to work in the "driving" mode? I had to use "park" mode to see my cameras.

What's up with that?? I didn't change any settings when I was fooling with the Sony radio--only synced my bluetooth, set the clock, and listened to some music as a test. I didn't even work the buttons on the camera monitor.

Discovery owners?? Other folks with similar experiences??

Welcome! We purchased our Discovery in April and love it! Hope you get many miles and years of enjoyment from yours. If you aren't far from your dealer I say take it in and let them worry about it! If that isn't possible, call Fleetwood. Their customer service has been excellent for us so far and they can probably help diagnose your problem over the phone.
