Don, I see you have a 1996 model. That means you probably have a Dometic 4 button thermostat. From experience, I can tell you the new 15,000 BTU AC will not work with the older thermostat. You will need to change either the new AC control board to the old 4 button compatible board, or the main thermostat to the new 5 button style.

I have had service with the CW in Stafford, Mo and have been pleased with their work. I live in the middle of nowhere and after using the one and only RV service place in town I was so pleased that I now drive 3 hours to CW.

Camping World as an organization or company is one thing . The stores carry a nice selection of goods at a price that is comparable to most other retailers . The shops are another matter. Some are good , Excellent maybe .. Some not so much..
