I was at APR in mesa last week,and was told the owner has had a heart attack so couldn't get any answers on my rig

I had gotten a estimate on my mh and I said fine, but can you put it in writing so I know just what your estimate covered and they said he had a heart attack and couldn't give it to me in writing. So I don't know what to,expect from them.
