The (ex)wife? Absolutely not. My new GF post divorce? She helps dump the tanks with nary a complaint or a held nose. All I can say is that sometimes you have to get a new dog when the old one won't learn a new trick!

I'm sure she would if she had to just the same as I would cook if I had to. As of now we don't have to so we will leave well enough alone.

DITTO... 100% agree He has his tasks and I have mine. If needed I am sure that we could pinch hit for each other but why fix something that's not broke?

I don't see what the big deal is of dumping a tank. You just pull the lever, wait till its empty and then flush the tank a few times. My husband set up a couple of short hoses so I just have to flick one on to flush the tank. I would rather do it, because I like to keep track of the monitors. We keep the gray tank open. The only job I won't do is drive, cause I am not very good at that. Anything else I am game. I am a big girl after all.

Some of us don't have a choice.
I don't remember doing it when I was married so I guess my husband must have done it. Once I was on my own I had to do everything or it didn't get done. I remember crawling under my first MH as a single trying to hook up the sewer hose. My next MH has easily accessible hookups and the one I have now (9th RV) is the best of all.

When we were camping at Myrtle Beach in my first RV, my Class C Winnie, the guy in the 5ver next to me was the only one that dumped his tanks. No way would he let the DW dump. Turns out he had a bottle of Jack in the water bay and dumped his tanks and took a nip. A lot.

My oh my you go through motorhomes like I go through cars! I did buy 2 motorhomes last year though! Sounds like your doing just fine without a man but you could go out and get one to do the **** jobs!

She could, and would, if the need arose. Just as I would do the inside chores if needed. We're both comfortable with our separate tasks, but could do either in an emergency.

That's through 38 years of RVing! I bought my last RV brand new and kept it for 17 years. I bought my current motorhome used almost a year ago.
