General rule is single ply and your good to go, pardon the pun. Some 2 plys are ok but best to give them the water test to be sure. We just stick with the single ply, then you dont have to worry. Almost any brand will do the job. As stated, probably half the tp in the USA, comes from Canada anyway.

Does toilet paper change once you cross the Canadian border?
I have been asked many things when crossing into Canada but never been asked what brand of TP I have on board or have had ANY TP confiscated because of brand.
Been using Sam's Club Member's Mark Brand and Costco Kirkland Brand for years.

My DW says she wants Angel Soft. She says that is the best. I never have any plumbing problems in the coach or the house so I am happy camper.

I am a Canadian (eh!) and we have been using two ply soft tissue. What we use at home we use in the DP. We jave had ne trouble with black tank clog or discharge. The two ply is better than the hand full of snow or leaves that others use further North lol

I've had issues with the leaves. The snow, not so much but it makes ones fingers stinck.

We use Angel Soft that says 'Septic Safe' and have not had any black tank problems.

My Canadian racing buddy s must have been messing with me then. They tell me Canadians don't need TP. Just use a hockey stick that every Canadian owns and then wash it of in the sink. Its free and the stick has just the right curve to it

I think one has to be facing north in order to use Canadian TP properly.

Any septic safe TP works in any rv or any country.

One must consider that the farther north you go in Canada the harder the water gets. If you get far enough north the "hard" water will beat the **** out of the toilet paper and the rest of your deposit as well!!!

Any toilet paper thinner than a cloth diaper and softer than the Washington Post will work. Your black tank is not a septic system, it is simply a holding tank so the term "septic safe" doesn't apply to RVTP. Now where you dump may be a different story. If you dump into a septic system then it may help a little bit, but if your dumping into a sanitary sewer system it is irrelevant.
***Safety Tip**** Should you decide to use the WaPo TP, be sure to use a disinfectant wipe afterwards lest something undesirable wipe off the pages and infect you.

I guess you heard the one about the bear who asked the rabbit if he had trouble with sh-t sticking to his fur. The rabbit said no he didnt. So guess what the bear did with the rabbit.
