Can't figure it out

There was a time... not long ago that my whole coach cable TV connector in storage bay worked just fine. Had cable on both TVs. Now it's not working, I had to run the Cable thru an open window.
How can I test the connector? Any ideas on a fix would be great

On my Monaco I have to push the little button on the TV antenna amplifier so that the little red light goes out and that switches it from antenna to cable. Then you select terrestrial antenna for the TV input vice satellite. My TV antenna amp is on the wall a above the driver and it is white colored about the size of an 110 v outlet
