Can't swivel passenger seat in 2014 Winnie Via p-25

I'm trying to swivel the passenger seat in my 2014 Via and it doesn't seem to want to swivel. It's moved all the way forward. It's all the way up. But it won't turn around at all. Any suggestions? Thanks.

Welcome to iRV2.
If you have never swiveled the seat , or seen it done , there is a possibility the release lever was bent during install, and doesn't have enough travel to unlock the mechanism. Sorry; but you're going to have to get down and look under there to see what is or isn't happening.

I've done it in the past but now it just seems stuck. I've read the manual but it is, shall we say, less than clear.

Like the saying goes ; If it doesn't move and it should WD-40, if it moves and it shouldn't , duct tape.

On my driver seat the lever would pull out but no swivel. I looked under and the cable had come off. Fairly easy to reconnect. No tools required.

No I do not, but most of the seats I've seen operate about the same.

There's no lever on these seats. They're electric. I must say, I think manual seats would be better.
