I'll probably get a pretty good argument going here, but I don't think it is real. I've seen vehicles that were hit by a much larger vehicle, and they don't shatter like that, they collapse, some stuff comes off, but not that much of the vehicle comes loose.
This is NOT true of RVs, which do tend to explode into a large number of parts, but that is because cars are welded into one structure, but RVs are often stick boxes on frames.
The video itself seems a bit strange, I don't have access to a good version of it, but at the point of impact it seems enhanced.
