Carrier AC replacement

I have a 2009 holiday rambler ambassador 38pkq with 2 carrier air v that controls ac, heat pump and Atwood furnace and the front ac seems fan motor is seizing up and as far as I know there are no replacements and been trying to find ac unit replacement and can’t find any help on this situation. Amazing rv service centers have no clue. Hopefully someone who has had same situation has had some resolution. And if so is it wise to replace both units or just the one that went bad?

What is the make/model number of you AC unit.
I replaced the motor on my Dometic, it was readily available. I'd be surprised you couldn't find one for yours.

If you can't find the parts or motor to fix your Carrier unit, you can take a look at what I've posted before and see if it might apply to your situation.

I know of several who have replaced their Carrier units with a Coleman-Mach (Airxcel) and from what I understand, I believe the integrated controls for the a/c and furnace that you have now can still be used.

There are adapter kits that Coleman-Mach supplies --go HERE for information so you can match your Carrier model number to the proper adapter kit.

If this does fit your situation, I'll attach a video from Airxcel and the adapter kit PDF to this post.

You can purchase the adapter kits (and the a/c unit) from many vendor including from RVupgrades.com, an iRV2 sponsor and forum founder.
