ceiling panels

Hi all, I'm looking at a new holiday rambler vacationer 36dbt. The coach has a defect in one of the soft touch ceiling panels and the dealer said they would replace it. My question is, are the panels vacu-bonded to the roof structure during construction or are they easily removed? Do you feel this is a job that can be done without causing issues in the future? Thanks in advance for your help, I have a deposit on this unit but have concerns about the dealer removing a ceiling panel and installing a new one.

The dealer can replace the panel easily. My concern would be a leak causing the issue with the panel.

There was no leak, there is a small cut in the soft touch material right in the center of the living space. Thanks for the reply.
