One thing I don't see mentioned very much, regarding filter changes, is to also clean and carefully inspect all the filter housing and duct work to the turbo. If there are any signs of rust on the metal elbows, or if they don't fit together properly and tightly, then your turbo will be sucking in dirt from those leaks after the filter. It all has to fit together with proper overlap of the joints, and be clean and tight. Take the time to do it right.
