Changing single step to double

Has anyone out there changed their power step from a single to a double?

I have a 1999 Triple E Commander with a series 39 single step. It is a bit awkward. I would like to change it to a series 32 double step.

Has anyone done this? Any issues?

The Triple E in this brochure shows a double step 12v electric.

AS long as the bottom step has clearance to ground with jacks not deployed if you have them, you should be OK.
The body near step has a recess for the steps in picture , do you have same thing?

Yes. The ground clearance should be no problem. I will probably have to drill new holes in the new step as the mounting holes are different according to Kwikie.
