Chasis fuse panel location

I'm trying to locate the fuse panel for the dash lights and cigarette lighter on my 95 bounder 35u. It's not under hood or under dash that I can find. Ideas?

"Dadsrevenge".....On many of the Fleetwood models of your era, the dash itself lifted up and you could access wiring and fuses. Look at your dash carefully and see if the it lifts up. Not the entire dash, just the instrument cluster.
