Chassis series

I have a 1987 Holiday Rambler Alumalite 33 ft Motorhome. I want to purchase a chassis repair manual but I need to know the chassis series. I have been unable to find and numbers on the home itself. I does have the dual rear axle and a 454 Chevy engine, if that means anything. If anyone can help me I would sure appreciate it.
Thanks
Mike

It is most likely the GM (Chevy) P32 chassis. HR may have added the second rear axle (if you have one) and it is most likely to be from Mor-Ryde.

If you want to know more about the P32 series of chassis, I suggest you visit the Chevy / Workhorse chassis forum here on iRV2.com. Up at the top of that forum is a sticky called "important discussions" and inside it you will find an entire thread about the P32 models.

In addition to the small P-series chassis manual. The full, 3 volume, workshop manual is nice to have. These can be bought new, but are very expensive. I found all three volumes, slightly used, on ebay for under $30.
