Ours have been on 2.5 years with 14 months full time. This is one of my favorite upgrades!
OP... do you have a pic of the batteries? Not sure why they don't fit.

I use a turkey baster and distilled water. I open the one cell I can see and fill that one. I count how many tb fillups it takes and put the same amount in all the cells. I do it in the spring and fall. Original batteries are now 6 years old.

Filling the batteries isn't the problems, checking their levels is.

After talking to Flowrite we ordered the MP2000, the valves don't line up with our valves. Talked to an engineer at Flowrite and he sent us a sample valve(just 1) and it doesn't fit into the cell.

I am still in communication with them.

We have NAPA batteries, Group 31 8231.

I looked into the BWT system but never heard of the batteries they have on their list. I sent them a note with our battery info.

Two thumbs up on the Pro-Fill. Went from 2 batteries to 4 and installed the Pro-Fill. Takes me about 2 minutes to insure all batteries are topped up with distilled water.

Small mirror at Harbor Freight or walmart. About $2-3 dollars.

We know the mirror routine, just hoping for a better solution, chasing the pie in the sky. Thanks.

One plus for the Pro-Fill or Trojan watering systems is that each cell has a float valve that shuts off at the correct water level. It prevents over filling, which causes boil-overs and corrosion.

I have a pull out tray with 2ea 12v and 4ea 6v batteries. The fill lids on the house batteries come off in sets of three. The "trigger" release hits the battery terminal connections which I have to remove to check/fill.

One of these multi cell fill devices looks like the ticket for me!! I have never seen these systems before. They look really cool!!

Why not forget about all that complicated stuff and just stick the filler snout in the hole and hold down until it's full!

I go for the old saying "KISS" (keep it simple stupid). No, I'm not calling you stupid, it's just that sometimes we want to do things the hard way!

Right Joe! That's what I do. There is no need to see the water level. I just push down and listen for the water to stop flowing.

I'm sure that can happen, but I don't think it would be that tight in most cases. Nothing is a "cure-all" that's gonna work in all cases, but I bet this will work in most!
