Been following this thread since start. I started thinking about the return fuel lines, doubt this is the problem, but if the main and gen share the return line and there is a restriction before tank it could cause a backpressure problem. Don't know how my return line is routed in my DP, I haven't had to look yet. Of course they don't share the supply so that is not an issue. Larrys' post made me decide to put in my 2 cents. Those ghost problems can drive you crazy. Nice and sunny here in S.A. Bob, enjoy.

RV wizard is correct, One of the checks Onan gives is to check the genny with the engine running and not running. You need to check the fuel pressure with an external vacuum/fuel pressure gauge at the genny and watch what happens when you start the coach engine. you may need a new fuel pump for the genny.

Somehow I missed Wizards post, He's right about if they shared the supply line the main could surely overcome the gen pump especially if weak. Bob might try shutting off main breaker at gen which should isolate gen electric from coach that way it would only be the engine that could have a glitch and not an electric feedback problem, but I could missing something.

Just read your note and went over and read that thread. You must have a heck of a knack for searching this site to have found that. Kinda freaky similar huh? Sounds like that Xantrex might have a few more surprises in store for me down the road. I'll tell you, I'm so close to replacing that sucker it isn't even funny. Magnum it will be as long as it will interface with the Aladdin.

Thanks for finding that Mike, I really appreciate you doing that.

BTW I'm sitting in Wichita Wally World typing this and everything has been working well so far. Engine and genny coexisted okay on the trip down here. So far, so good.
