After reading some of the comments here I’ve decided to let the Monterey drop off my list. The Trenton is still in the running, I just don’t know if it is rated for towing 5k. I also found a nice safari 40 ft ivory edition from 1997. Also a 2002 CC Affinity same price as the Trenton because salvage title from flood. Not sure that would be a good idea so I’m not getting excited.

Just checking in to say thanks and let you all know I am now the proud owner of a 2001 Safari Zanzibar with 2 slides. 38ft 11 inches and all paid for! I did appreciate all the help!

Congratulations!
Did you get used to this length easily?
I "think" I want 34' to 37' , but everyone says a 38' - 40' is not that
much different to drive.

I haven’t driven anything this big for three decades since I was in the Army. Closest thing was a 26 ft class B last year. I didn’t take long to be completely able to drive with confidence. 38 feet 11 inches felt like 15 feet.
